Please can I have a post about I’m about to pull my hair out!!! I have a 4 month old who just does. Not. Sleep. She wakes all night every night and I just can’t do it anymore. My boyfriend works at 5am so he can’t help due to needing sleep. My daughter gets put down at 10pm and from then till 9am she’ll wake every 40mins – 1hour looking for an oz of milk. I obviously give her this ounce cause I can’t bare to hear her cry or see her hungry, but she will not take any more than an ounce and she’ll sleep and is straight back awake like clockwork 40 minutes later. WHAT THE HECK CAN I DO???? I’m on the verge of a mental breakdown. I literally had to go through next door to the sitting room and lie on the sofa with a pillow over my face and just scream and cry for 10 minutes this morning. Then there is times like now where she just screams for a solid hour for absolutely no reason at all???
To be clear she’s not my first so I’m not totally clueless about everything like teething etc, but I’ve given her calpol and massages her tummy (she’s peeing and pooping fine tho), I’ve cuddled her, I’ve rocked her, I’ve proped her up, she’s changed regularly, is certainly warm enough, I’ve checked for teeth cutting through, applied anbesol on the off chance and of course winded her till my hand has a bloomin friction burn. She’s just acting STARVED and so unhappy. I’m waiting on a call back from the doctor this morning but it’s busy as it’s the first day the surgery is open. Please help 😞 (please can you keep this anonymous I don’t want people who know me to think I’m struggling) xxx

Can you add quickly, that she doesn’t have an allergy to milk (she’s been tested already because my eldest has an allergy to it) thanks x
Is ur little one always like this??im no expert because I don’t know all the symptoms but my son was like this and it turned out he had silent reflux!!it might not be tho I’m no medical expert but when he was a baby this was me!!x
Try a rusk crushed yp in up bottle , it’ll make her belly feel more full it’ll turn to dust just wee but at first tho good luck xx
Is it possible she’s taking the ounce for comfort rather then for being hungry? I know it’s not a favourite route but have you tried a dummy??
Could she have an allergy to the milk? Xx
Is she on food?
