Please can I have a pp! My son just woke up soaking but this time it’s not from pee it’s from his poo instead, when o changed him his poo was just water (brown water) there was no hard lumps or anything! I’m really worried as this is the first time it’s ever happened! He’s 2 years old, do I need to call the drs?
