Please can someone give me advice .. my partner has a LB to his ex .. he pays csa .. just wondering if we are to get married does my income adjust the csa as i dont want to be paying for a child whats not mine .. even tho i provide every weekend.. no bashing please

No it won’t affect even if ur not married and u two had children csa would take in consideration that he provides for them to so then her csa would go down

No has nothing to do with your income it goes on his if you have kids together it goes down. X
No his csa is based on his income only whether he is married or not he has a 1/4 of his pay deducted and devided between his children on the claim form he pays not you x
If u have children an u marry him her money wil go down as they take ur family first priority than hes own child crazy but they do my kids dad is married with two kids to her an shes got another two they come before mine
His child support is based on his income and the courts consider his child his first priority.
the only time ur relationship makes any difference to CSA payments is when u have a child together x
