Hi. I am just wondering if there are any other parents out there who have night time wetting issues with their child and they are over 10 yrs of age??
My child still has issues with night time wetting and they are 11.. they go to high school next year and I am worried that this will never end as we’ve never managed more than a week or so dry. It’s happening 2 maybe 3 times a week and amounts it varies on how wet they are in morning. We have been seeing an Enuresis nurse since they were 7 and we just keep getting all these things to do, charts and drinking and toilet stops etc.. we’ve been following them and still not getting anywhere. My child also takes a tablet at night. I’m getting to the point now that we are just gonna keep getting this same advice over n over again like surely there must be something else they can do?? I worry for them with them getting to teenage years and worried that this may continue til there are at high school, can’t go to sleepovers because thry may wet the bed and then end up getting bullied.. how long do we keep going, surely can’t be right to still have issues if it gets to say the age of 15/16.. I just don’t know what to do. The nurses also say they aren’t the only ones, were not alone, but I feel I am.. anyone has experienced these issues I would be grateful of any advice… thank you..
