Please may I have a post? I’m not really sure where to start. I’m just always angry or frustrated I’m not really sure. I have a almost 15 month old and am almost 4 months and I just have no idea what has happened. I feel restless I cycle a total of 8 miles a day for work then I do 2 hours of gym and I still can’t sleep at night. I’m restless. I get easily irritated with my son to the point where I have to leave the room. It definitely feels as he loves everyone but me. I can never do anything right for him. Not really sure what writing this will do I think I’m just hoping for reassurance it’s normal. I’m scared of going to a doctor incase they think I want to hurt my son. Thank you.
