Post please I am currently going through a parental order n applied for court my solicitor said take six weeks it wont do mediation due to my sons dad used to abuse me so finished things but he now wont let me do stuff with my son eg wont let me take him abroad so been to see a solicitor he turns up weneva to c his son iv put set days in amd make sure I have someone with me on them days to witness and supervise but got a call off my solicitor to fill social services form on tuesday which has scared me coz dont no what to expect I do everything for my son and just wanting to no anyone been through tgis and what to expect I just thought it would go straight to court end of hearing but loads of people getting involved dunno if its to help with the process of supervision of my ex or what
