PP: My daughter is just 1 and has been so bad at nighttime for about 3 weeks. She just seems to be getting worse. During the night she is awake for around 3 hours crying, screaming and generally wide awake. She used to be a great sleeper but she was put onto a new milk about a month ago and I’m not sure if it’s linked (SMA alfamino) anyone have any advice? Experiences? She isn’t hungry during the night as I feed her a snack before bed and I don’t want to give milk during the night as she hasn’t done that since she was 6 weeks old. I can’t leave her to scream as she wakes up my other child and also my neighbour (I live in a flat) any help or advice would be fab!
