Pp please, I just need some help and advice. I split with my partner in January, we have a 3yo boy and an 8 month old girl. I developed PND after lg was born in October, so when we split my ex said he would help me out and have our little boy until I sorted myself out. It has taken a while but I am now on all the correct medications & courses and get out the house as much as I can – even if its just down to my neighbours. My house is clean, my lg is clean and happy and has a set routine. The ex and I have recently agreed to have both children every other weekend with working on having the boy at mine more often until he is back full time.
Today, I have found out he has a new girlfriend that he has been having stay at his whilst our children are there; this isn’t an issue, just wish he told me before I had to ask him today. This evening he has told me he has no intentions of building extra contact or returning our son. He has no work ethic, has been out of work for 2 and a half years and I strongly believe he has reached this decision so that he doesn’t have to go back to work and can play happy families with her. Does anybody know where I stand on this issue? He is on the BC so I know that makes it 10x harder
