Pp please, Just looking for advice I’m 14 weeks pregnant today and yesterday me and my partner went out for a walk we walked for over 2 hours but lastnight my body really started to ache my legs hurt my belly hurts my arms back and head hurt I don’t know what will ease the pain any suggestions? Tia x
