My 5 year old daughter has a very good imagination and tells the most crazy stories sometimes. Just recently though she has been saying some bad stuff that her older brother (6 1/2) had been touching her in inappropriate places and that an older girl at school had made him touch her and that my son touched an older boy. Other 2 children around 10/11 (yr 5 or 6).
The school looked into this and as neither my children disclosed anything to them they have now dismissed it.
Today we were talking about school and my daughter mentioned that some of the dinner ladies are horrible. I asked in what way and she said that they hit children, and have hit her in the past.
Has anyone had any experience of their child coming out with such extreme lies and how do I tackle it?
