Pp please, my friend was 5 weeks pregnant and started bleeding 4 days ago red blood with back and abdominal cramps coming and going. No clots. She took a test this afternoon (not first pee) and it said not pregnant on cb digital. Does this mean she miscarried and is def not pregnant now or could she still be and just the pee should have been first In the day? (Her first positive was 6 days ago, a week after missed period) Xx tia
