Pp please. What are the signs of pnd?
Partner keeps telling me I may have it. I’m feeling low, I have no self confidence so won’t go out very often at all I’d rather just stay in my pjs. My house is always cleaned top to bottom twice a day. I have no issues with looking after my child at all. I do find myself getting angry or stressed over stupid small things with my partner (not my child)
I have a history of depression, anxiety and physcosis but have not been on meds for that for the past 4 years. Just looking for some advice really. I don’t wanna see my doctor cuz my partner says theyll look at my mental health history and call ss so I don’t know what to do xxx

I’d go to the doctors with your history it’s better to be safe then sorry sweetie. Pnd is horrible. Hope you get sorted soon xx
