So my sons dad is practically useless he sees him o a Friday 4pm normally back by lunchtime Saturday (yes ino some children don’t see there dad at all) but he doesn’t pay a penny towards our son, he drops his days sometimes becuase of football boxing or just a night with the lads .. but If i wanted a extra day god I’d have to book about 2 month in advance for him to baby sit his own child! I asked him if I could go on holiday next year in April and practically got told to f**k off! But it’s okay him going next month for 2 weeks and I only found out yesterday 😒
He said to me the other day he’s seeing a Mortgage advisor next week so he can afford his own home but not his son sounds about right! Don’t even go down the Csa route because I did and he just kept quitting his jobs 👊🏻
My question is if I pay out my pocket for a court order for SET days (with will be better for my son due to him being autistic) what could I possibly be granted?x

Do the court but do csa again too as he’s trying to get a mortgage he wouldn’t be able to just quit jobs so you will be sorted, it is a joke tho how the parent who his the child fully has to miss out on a break because of selfish fathers/mothers x
