My little one has a dead beat father. Not seen her since 9 months she’s 4 and half. Took to court to get him to see little one failed every time. Is attended a contact centre with cafcass with my little with a cold had to travel an hour and half on a train,bus and taxi as I don’t drive. He never showed.hes abusive and In my eyes mentally unsafe around a child. In debt with csa. Failed indirect contact 5 court orders not followed. Fathered another baby recently. Not bothered about that as my interest are my little one. Partners raised her since 14 months so he’s daddy. I will never allow him near her and he won’t ever try seeing her. How do I go about getting him to sign his rights away? Also if me and partner discuss adopting her am I wrong for wanting th3 best for my little one. Which my partner taking her on he works does everything for her, she is a daddy’s girl.he works evenings and will come home to tuck my little girl to bed. Is that bad i want Her dead vest dad out the picture and can anyone help me with advice on where I start on getting him to sign his rights over xx
