Ppp… Anybody clued up on csa ?? Ex currently has to pay me a grand total of £0.00 because he isn’t down as earning anything because he gets paid cash in hand he has 2 jobs both cash in hand never gave a penny for he’s kids in the past its never bothered me because I did know he was in quite a bit of debt and trying to sort heself out he never has the kids hasn’t in 5 years sees them about 10-15 times a year or that can go up when he is single and has time for them anyways he’s just got a new girlfriend and is boasting splashing the cash treating he’s new girlfriend to all sorts while telling me he’s skint and cant even afford a birthday card for he’s son and quite frankly I’m sick of it he doesn’t receive benefits just the cash in hand work so csa are seeing he earns nothing can I report him for working cash in hand even tho he’s not claiming benefits as I don’t think it classes as benefit fraud I could be wrong sorry I just totally confused and when I phone CSA I’m just getting passed round to everyone as no one can answer me so thought id ask here to see if anybody had any advice or knows who I would contact etc… Sorry for long post just pissed off
