Ppp anyone got any home remedies for depression I am so down if I go a day without crying is a good day rare but good I have tried all sorts of anti depressants but only one work and I can’t take them as they are also a sleeping tab and I have a child that hardly sleeps and I wouldn’t wake up to him can’t keep going like this just want to run away I will end up in a mental hospital again I have no friends no family support been to docs they have only offered the tablets I can’t take 😭 thankyou
