PPP as this needs to be super anonymous
Today I saw a girl phoning my fiancé who I don’t know he told me she is a work mate but I found it really odd that he never told me they talk out of work well fast to half hour ago and he tells me he has had it for months they text 2/3 times a week and she phones him once a week big problem for me is he has flirted and sexually spoke to girls before and I suffer with severe depression and anxiety so it’s hard for me to trust I’d only managed to trust him and now it comes out he’d kept a work mate secret he doesn’t see what’s wrong with it and now I apparently drive him nuts most days and he can’t deal with my moods and I ended up throwing a glass whilst shouting “yeah I drive you nuts but you aren’t in my mind imagine how I feel” now he is just sitting on his phone and typing away I love him with all my heart and don’t want this to come between us how can I handle this situation?
Please no bashing him or me I’m looking for help on how to handle this?
