ppp. basically my daughters 6 her dad has messed her about all her seeing her and letting her down as he pleased, anyhow it went to court and they gave him supervised visits at his sisters (he hasn’t seen her for 18months) until she’s comfortable seeing him again, then he can have her overnight when I believe she’s ready, well he has a new gf which I knew and I’m not particularly bothered about. well I found out tonight as my friend messaged me it’s her sisters auntie he’s with (the sisters have different dads) well she’s knows this woman and has told me not to let my daughter at her house as they smoke drugs round the kids (she has a new born) n she has had to change her name as he ex beat up her daughter. n now the ex Is after her and he’s threatened to kill her If he finds her, I’m terrified for my daughters safety now, would I be able to go to court and say I don’t want my daughter there as I feel she would be in danger or will they not listen to that? please help me..
