Hi everyone my husband has recently been diagnosed with having depression… he starts counselling soon… he has had a bit of a rough life and never opens up about anything and think basically everything has just got on top of him but for the past few weeks I’m really struggling to deal with him… he’s angry all the time, refuses to talk and if he does he’s nasty I try and calmly say please don’t talk to me like that or suggest he walk the dog or go for a nap or anything really to try and calm him down… I’m trying so hard to help him and continue to be a wife and mother of 2 small children but I’m struggling… anyone got any advice
