I’m at my wits end when it comes to bed time with my 2 year old it’s taking me up to 40-60 minutes to get him to go to sleep he goes to bed around 7:30-8pm with a bed time bottle by time iv finally got him to go to sleep I’m exhausted my self! He also wakes up 2-3 times during the night witch is disturbing mine and his sleep how do I get him out of this routine of waking up during the night to get into my bed? Please no bashing.
