I was told the same as above but with my first I wasn’t having regular contractions but went to the hospital because they were strong and I was 7cms x
They told me every 4mins and each one lasting around a minute xx
3 in ten mins or if you are finding it difficult to cope with the pain x
3 in ten minutes lasting over a minute I was told X
