I came off my depo injection around 9months ago maybe longer and the past 2months my period have been on time or maybe a day or 2 out but this month it just hasn’t come at all and now it’s 7 days late I’ve taken a pregnancy test which was negative does anyone know a way to try and get my periods more regular? Tia
