Ppp i cant post on the other as dont want people seeing

Single mum to a little boy (20 months) cant go in to the full story because it will take me forever but basically am a mother fighting to protect my son in court as his fathers a violent druggy! His having supervised visits at a stay n play my son doesnt have a clue who he is had a couple off hiccups where my sons got so upset because he keeps handling him luckily he has my mum there for reassurance ao anyway my sons gonna be another child that the courts fail sooner rather than later i think i have cafcass involved but there a joke and a bunch of lying idiots i wont stop fighting. Abyway i was at court yesterday and the judge as not happy with me because instead of hour n half i put it to an hour because my son was getting to upset he wudnt eat or sleep n it was effecting his routine it was just too long hea been ill for 4 weeks because iv been sending him and his picked 1 thing up after another and not had chance to get over it ( sickness colds chest infections) now on antibiotics so i have to get proof from docs am not making it up just to stop contact which i can happily do! There telling me if his ill i should send him!? Wtf u dont send kids to school if ill and i wont be sending him they seen me as braking court order cutting time etc n happily told me what can happen if i do this. Take my son n give him to his dad or fine me solicitor said they just scaring me but i do no this can happen! Question is has anyone here broke a court order n anything happened the fathers pure scum and my aon will not be the next kid to be failed and killed because of this i will never give up!!! Just so draining 😔

  • You shouldn’t have cut the time down, when a judge creates a court order you have to stick to it. If your son was not coping well with the situation you should have taken it back to court and got it changed. It’s illegal to go against a court order so that’s why they’re not happy with you. Anytime a problem occurs again go straight back to court and get it sorted don’t go against them if you want to protect your son as it’ll end up going against you xx
