Ppp i don’t want family and friends on other page judging me and feeling disappointed. I have a 8 year old and she’s been through changes in the last 3.5years me and her dad splitting up, moving to our own home me meeting someone new then all of us moving in together ( I waited 6months to introduce new bf to daughter, then another 6months before we moved in together) so new town new school in all this time me and my parents didn’t get on so well in this time. Her dad sees her but only ever other weekend. She’s now a big sister and I feel like mine and her relationship feels strained 😢 I make time for her when I can (bf works away through the week) I admit she was spoiled by me and my parents and I’m trying to help her adjust I’ve probably over comoanstated … any advice how I can help our relationship strengthen again ?? X
