I had my little girl early hours Sunday morning, the perfect father’s day present to my partner š¤ anyway today my boobs have swollen like I knew they would but I’ve taken pain relief like advised and still nothing is working. I remember having this with my first but I can’t remember how long it lasted. Anyone know how long roughly til they at least sooth a bit.? Thank you

I know it sounds weired but my midwife said use an cabbage leaf buy it around you boob and it cool it’s ( I thought she was mad but it really did easy it especially if it’s cool) hope this helps xx
Freeze cabbage leaves and put them in your bra that will help, should only last a few days most!
