PPP… I have a friend who’s two older children (11 &12) are in care (past 8 years), she has turned her life around and has her youngest (4) with her ss are no longer involved with her, she has wanted the older 2 home for years but didn’t get any support in going about it and didn’t know how to… she is currently being assessed by ss to have them returned, I’ve acted on her behalf as reading/writing not great but the sw isnt very helpful, I feel I’m in over my head… does anyone know the procedure?! Been in this situation / or are a social worker who could help me?! Is she entitled to take it back to court?! Can she claim legal aid for this?! Any advice really appreciated x
