I have nearly two year old twins and they gave never slept a full nite I’m so fed up and tired I wouldn’t mind just one full nites sleep a week I just don’t know what to do anymore they still have about bottles in the day and eating and also have about 40mins sleep in day I’m a single mum and really struggling at min.

I’m a single mum of 3 soon to be 4 … I ahve a 5 year old 4 year old and 20 month old and 22weeks pregnant .. I do it on my own 24/7 … my girls still wake in the night sometimes … my boy sleeps all night .. he only has a bottle at bedtime which is between 6-7 of he’s had an early nap in the morning .. try wean them of milk and give them juice ,, try put them for.a nap in the morning depending the time they wake up … it will get easier … p.m if easier
