I’m 40 weeks pregnant. (Second baby) Went to the toilet this morning and when i wiped there was a small amount of bright red blood on the tissue. It was a very small amount I’ve put a pad on to keep an eye on it. It wasn’t muccussy or anything like that. No change in baby movements.

Any idea what this could be? X
