Ppp. Im just looking for some advice on behaviour. My boys are 8 and nearly 6 and I feel like their behaviour getting out of control. They are just so hyper all the time, fight and trash the house. I know this sounds normal but I feel like it’s getting out of control and I’m struggling to cope. Me and their dad have separated this year, we gave it another go and have separated again. I don’t know if this has caused it bit I just don’t know what to do. Struggling to get through the days with working ft aswell. Any advice on behaviour strategies would be appreciated as I feel like nothing it working. Thanks
