Ppp. Im wanting to change my sirname to my partners by deed poll as we cant afford to marry just yet. And my children have his name so it would complete our family if i was the same. My question is if i done this im claiming jsa and child tax credits and CB. Would any payments be delayed due to name changes or is it a case of calling up to change it and its done? No bashing. Tia
