Ppp?
Is there a way I could report a family member to social services without leaving my name or anything so I can stay ‘anonymous’?
I do believe and have witnessed the child is in some danger and is around domestic violence/drugs/drink? But I really can not afford them finding out it was me who reported them?
Any advice would be appreciated please x

  • Wow don’t listen to that shit advice above! If a child’s in danger report and yes you should stay anonymous if you phone 1st point of call with your local social services x

  • Nothing is ever confidential. they can trace the number you call from.. but anyway they can never tell. But the social know who you are.. don’t worry there nothing to worry about. Ring them if you think any child I’d at risk. X

  • All you need to do is call them and ask to remain anonymous upon the call they have to abide by it.

People are saying not to call because its family well i’d suggest strongly that regardless of relation statuses that if you have seen and feel a child or children are at risk that you would be doing the best thing for the children situations like this shouldn’t be ignored by anyone.

  • I think u can . If u have definite proof the child is in a dangerous situation , act asap , ud never forgive ursel if anything happened to them .

  • Clearly people took what I said the complete wrong way! I was saying not to do it anon against your family and be upfront! Joke is that people JUMP on you.

  • Family or not if a child is truly at risk or in danger it would be highly irresponsible to ignore it
