ppp – I’ve suffered from piles since my son was born that was 5 years ago. I’m in agony atm I no it’s too much info I’m sorry. I’ve got appointment at the doctors but not til 2 weeks what can I do to help the pain and soreness and what can be done cream doesn’t help at all. thanks
