Ppp..looking some advice i have a daughter to my ex she will be 5 soon and he hasnt seen her on paid anything towards her from 2014 walked past her in the street the same as the rest of his family have msgs from him saying i cant make him see her from 2014 because i tried to get him 2 be part of her life now he want contact with her he is on her birth cert and hasnt bothered with her all this time she is settled in life now i dont want to upset her in anyway we have both moved on and i now have a baby to my bf which my lg things he is both there daddys no1s every said anything diff..just really looking to know what rights he has as i dont want my daughter getting hurt anymorr i know this is only to upset my family because he always told me he would do anything 2 make sure i wasnt happy..help plz x
