Ppp.
My 4 months old daughter had a really stuffy nose and since earlier on today she’s been sick once after a bottle. She’s been settled for a couple of hours now and normally sleeps from 10-4. I’m to scared to go to sleep in case she chokes on her sick in her sleep. I suffer with anxiety quite bad since she was born as she stopped breathing on the way home at 2 days old. Has anyone please got any advise for me 😢😢

Sorry can u also put in my comments she was sick from coughing which has only started today but she still coughing while she’s asleep
I swear to god i could of wrote this my daughter is the same i have no sleep in case shes sick i have a dehumidifier on constantly so she doesn’t cough as coughing makes her sick i dont have the heating on in the bedroom either so it isnt stuffy i actually have a panic attack when she cough it sounds dumb but i do x
And i always let her sleep on her side never on her back if shes on her side its easier to bring the sick up x
