PPP my ex has only seen my daughter a handful of times in the last 5 years I can count on my hands how many times every time he says he will come he will message me at the time he’s ment to be here saying he’s to tired ect.. the only time she does see him is in town if we happen to walk past him he let her down for the 100th time 2 weeks ago told me he was on his way at 3 at 3.30 said that he had been busy shopping that morning and was tired he has another child he’s not with the mum but he doesn’t see that child but pays 50 pound a week so I messaged him yesterday and asked him to see her on the weekend said he will but he won’t come I also asked if he could start paying maintenance he said that he will but he has to save first as he has 300 in bills this week I told him that she’s as important as any bills and as important as his other child and that he needs to start paying I said that if he hasn’t got the money this week then he can pay next week but pay the both weeks money I have asked for 30 a week as cms calculator worked it as 32 a week he told me that all I will get is 30 and if I don’t shut my mouth I won’t be getting that and I’m trying to control him by asking him to pay for his daughter and I’m being childish in expecting him to pay 60 next week bare in mind I have never had a penny off him in the last 5 years am I right or am I wrong in asking for this weeks and next weeks if he can’t pay this week
