Ppp …. my little boy (4) keeps being sick. This started over a week ago when there was a tummy bug going around nursery . He was sick last Sunday and was fit and well again, then he was sick again on Tuesday and now he has just woken up to vomit . Surley this still can’t be a bug ?

A tummy bug could last up to 6 weeks , u just have to ride it out . Make sure his food is plain and has plenty of fluids . Hydration is important
It could still be in his system, my son had the same it lasted almost two weeks. I hope he’s feeling better soon.
