PPP my little girl is 20 months and has always slept through, gone to bed and put herself to sleep. Over the last few weeks she has been screaming when we put her to bed with the same routine. Last night she went to bed after an hour of screaming and then woke up at 1.20 and wouldn’t go back to sleep. Tonight it has taken 2.5 hours for her to go off. Found if we left her door open she settled. Does anyone have any ideas what could have caused this? I just hate hearing her screaming for me. No bashing please.
