My son is 5 months old and has always struggled to self settle to sleep. Im constantly rocking,patting etc.
He will sleep with a bottle but as soon as I take the bottle he wakes. I’ve recently been trying the put down pick up method but he just doesn’t cry and wants play, I’m literally at my wits end & finding it very stressful every time it’s nap time. I’ve got a good bedtime routine so he knows when it’s bedtime but still then will not fall to sleep without a bottle. For naps it’s impossible for him to sleep without a bottle aswell. He will not take a dummy, I always make sure he’s fed changed and sleepy before putting him down. I’ve googled so
Much but it’s all different advice just need some help😞Any advice would be much appreciated.
