Ppp – no bashing I’m just looking for advice 🙂
I have two children, my youngest just turned 2. My husband works full time and ive been between part time jobs, looking to go full time when my youngest starts school. I’ve been offered a full time job which is fairly local, a good salary and would be ideal for me to ease into the industry. We’re also looking to buy a house which I know we can’t do until I’m working full time so are choosing to wait, I do really want to go to work but the other part of me can’t bare the thought of leaving my youngest. She’s so clingy to me and spends 24/7 with me, and I am looking to put her into nursery soon part time to get used to it but If I take this job she’ll go from constantly being by my side to being in a nursery full time with people she doesn’t know and it just makes me feel awful. The other side being I haven’t got much experience and I’m lucky to have had an offer like this in the first place and I’m not sure il get a job offer like this again or any time soon. However I know il have Togo to work sooner or later but I also know il never get these years back, i miss my eldest at school now so I know I should appreciate the time we have. I know it’s my decision but I’m really struggling!
