PPP, no hurtful comments please

I have had my 6 months old daughter took off me as a false accusation was made but I have been cleared from it but I’m still not aloud to see my daughter yet 😞 has anyone else gone through this and how have they coped? It’s killing me instead not being aloud her 😞
