Unsure on what to do. My children’s dad has no involvement with them whatsoever (if he has contact we will be put on child protection plan). However he is on the birth certificate. I know normally you need fathers permission to get passport for the children is this still the case under these circumstances. I am looking to take them away next summer and don’t want to get out hopes as I know he won’t give permission out of spite. Thank you
