Ppp. What can I do about my nosy creepy neighbour? She comes round or sends people round to my home to complain about trivial things. One time she sent a friend around to accuse us of putting rubbish in her bin which we had not. She complains about noise too yet Iv moved my bedroom round several times to keep noise levels down. I moved it to the other side of the room an we dont go in to the bedroom until we are ready to go to sleep. I did this after she confessed she has been recording us. She has no children an i have one child, that just really made my skin crawl an i was wondering what exactly is see recording or trying to record. I just want to know how to handle this, she threatened to phone social services on me because my child has been up late at times… I know crime of the century right he’s three years old. I just can’t stand her an i don’t want to be anywhere near her an i don’t want her talking to my family. I refuse to take her parcels in because I just can’t bare to breathe the same air as this confrontational weirdo. If she has issues I would much rather her report them then to come an shout at my family whilst our son is present. I just don’t know what to do about her she’s just so strange

I would put in a harrasment claim towards her that’s creppy as hell, and when I hear neighbours kids going off late at night I think poor parents its one of those nights when no child wants to go to bed, and I have baby siblings so iv seen it myself where they refuse to go to bed, or they stay up a little later and go hyper.
It’s illegal for her to record anything. The only people who can record things is the council even then they have to notify you. You can have her done for harassment for recording you.
