Would like some advice ..
My lb from a baby has suffered on going illness with chest infections & colds he was always a good sleeper 7 till 7 he now is 18 months old and he has completely gone out of his routine, he stoped sleeping he waits till 9/10 at night to go sleep & then he wake around 12/1 till /4 then he gets up at 7! He then don’t have a nap all day I do try to put him for a around 10 in morning but he doesn’t want to.. I was wondering if anyone has advice to try and help him sleep better. I given him warm baths before bed giving him warm milk
