Would you say this was cheating I’ll name them A (wife) B (husband) C (mistress)

B tells A there rumours going around at work that he’s having an affair with C but denies he is,
A finds out that B & C are sneaking around together in the work place because according to B they are trying to squash rumours that they are having an affair,
B & C are sending messages to each other but B is deleting these message and when confronted by A B says he’s only deleting because A thinks they are having an affair,
C is getting preferential treatment at work,
B & C work in completely different jobs and departments but are always together,
B says he’s going to a party at a (friends) house at this party is male friend male friends girlfriend B & C no one else, B made sure to phone C to come to the party and shared taxi so B got a taxi 2 miles in different direction to pick C up and even paid for the taxi, A friend of A & B is on a night out sees A all over B, bouncing on his knee and just all over him, friend starts walking over to realise that it’s not A & B but B with someone else, when A confront B B tells A that it wasn’t C it was another female (flirty) from work not seeming to actually understand that the female from work has different hair colour and the only person it could have been was C,
Does it sound like these are having an affair there is more stuff but these are key points?
