Currently 35 weeks pregnant and suffering with severe PGP/SPD. Being induced at 39 weeks if baby doesn’t come before.
I’m after other ladies experiences of giving birth and how they dealt with the pain. What pain relief did you op for during labour? Also whether you still have PGP/SPD after having your baby and if you do what support you receive?
Currently not under a physio as no appointment available until after baby is born.
Also housebound with the condition and my partner having to do practically everything for me so no independence which is annoying!
Any information will be gratefully received.
