Hi ladies, just want some advice. I’ve worked at my company for seven years, worked my way up to assistant manager and shortly after fell pregnant, after my maternity leave they wouldn’t let me come back as a manager anymore as i couldn’t do over 16 hours. Now it’s been since I’ve returned they seem to be really trying to belittle be, i used to run the business before and now I’m being put in the playhouse or washing dishes. Not only that they change me shifts every week and have put me on a 10 hour shift this week and i have a 1 half year old. I have tried to talk to them but they said if i cannot do the shift i have to get cover, this also goes if my daughter is I’ll i have to find the cover. I’m just wondering ladies if i was to leave now and come off working tax credits until i found another job what other help could i get… P.s i have worked since i was 14 years old just this job is giving me really bad anxiety and i am really struggling to find childcare for my daughter. Any help appreciated xxxx
