I broke up with my partener and had to stop any access to him due to ongoing domestics/drinking & violence he has threatened to take me to court for access 50/50
His family do not pose a threat to our child so they have her now and again ,they do understand not to allow my ex any contact & i do trust them,
As i have gave fair warning about SS concerns also.
will this affect my case against him?
