I have been having problems with a particular colleague since last Christmas. She has told me no one cares about my terminally ill nan and made jokes when she died. Called me fat and told me someone like me needs to be on a diet. She has tormented me and try’s to put me down all the time then she started accusing me of racism so my complaint got dropped and I had no support from my manager. She then moved onto multiple other people laughing at peoples disabilities and threatening to assault people etc and management never done nothing. now out of the blue she has brought the whole team to a formal external investigation saying that we bully her, back stab her and have all racially attacked her which is completely untrue but management seem to be backing her all the way. I have been questioned and told that nothing I have to say about what she did in the past is relevant. Also she has mentioned me more than once in an official complaint making accusations about me that aren’t true. She has said that I am passing story’s on and she admitted she has no proof it was me but she said it could of only been me. Any advice would be appreciated x
