My Lil princess is 9 months old and for the last few weeks, every few night she cries in her sleep. It’s a different cry to her usual one it’s kind of a scared cry. Anyway it breaks my heart hearing her so upset so I pick her up (while she’s still sleeping) give her a cuddle and put her back to bed, she’s then fine for the night. My friend told me it could be ‘night terrors ‘ I’ve never heard of this in babies!! she also said you’re meant to let them cry it out?! I can’t lie there and not comfort my Lil one when she’s so upset!! Please if anyone who has any tips or advice I’d much appreciate it!!

My boy was the same i picked him up and cuddled him then he would fall back to sleep,dont worry your doing the right thing x
