PLEASE HEP!

So Im not in love with my partner for over a year maybe more but I do love him.
I feel like even if i wanted to leave him I cant. Becuase there is many people that rely on us (his parentswant us to take on their buisness, we have a 3yo girl and id feel bad for her.
I met this guy on friday and I feel an atraction and so does he. We never did anything at all. But know i feel like i really shoUld leave him. But i feel like a bad person. This guy is 37 and im 20. So its all bad. I feel bad. Im lost in life and cant change it.
My oh doesnt make me laugh or happy doesnt pay much attencion to his daughter and is grumpy and childish.
